Jeffrey Becker, PH.D

Jeffrey is the Practice Leader – Chicago within the Center for Executive Performance. He has held senior talent management roles with national and global organizations covering a variety of industries, including telecommunications, technology, utilities, healthcare, and manufacturing.

Jeffrey is a collaborative consultant and coach with expertise in executive assessment, coaching, and team development. He also advises organizations on talent strategies to help the company deliver on its current business priorities and prepare for future growth.

Jeffrey obtained his Ph.D. in Industrial & Organizational Psychology from the Illinois Institute of Technology. He is certified in several assessment tools and leadership training programs.

Jeffrey is also passionate about making a difference in his community and serves on the board of directors for local non-profit organizations.
